The Core Mission of APAX is Service:
Selling and working to refine the imported crude oil, and sales of imported D2, Mazut M-100, Jet Fuel, LPG / LNG, from Russia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, U.A.E., Qatar, Bahrain and Nigeria.
Typically, the crude oil is delivered to the refinery under CIF (Incoterms 2000) at a discounted below market price in two-million-barrel vessels capacity.
APAX also can make arrangements to have crude oil or refinery products (like D2) delivered from the storage tanks in Rotterdam, the Netherlands or in Houston, Texas, USA to offer to Buyers.
APAX works closely with Asia and USA based refineries for delivery of refined petroleum products, and also works closely with Asia and US based petro-chemical plants for manufacturing raw materials used in the plastics industry, then exports to the foreign customers.
